Terms of Digital Service
By partnering with Yuvan WebTech for your technical projects, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the legal business terms outlined below.
Project Scope & Execution
All client software specifications, web development logic configurations, layouts, and system automation parameters are strictly bound to the signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or initial project contract framework.
Payment Milestones Matrix
Payments must be fulfilled strictly according to the pre-agreed milestone matrix schedule outlined in your project invoice. Work delivery blocks resume continuously upon verification of due credits.
Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon final clearance of full project commercial payments, the complete custom application code structure, UI layouts, assets, and database indices are fully transferred to the respective client organization.
Delivery Timelines
Yuvan WebTech strives diligently to hit all scheduled beta presentation sprints. However, delays occurring due to extended scope shifts or pending feedback inputs from the client side will shift milestones safely.
Limitation of Liability
We construct robust applications following industry safety guidelines. Yuvan WebTech is not liable for operational business down-times, server-side failures, or loss of metrics caused by external third-party API mutations.
Governing Jurisdictions
Any operational conflicts or disputes arising out of the digital service terms listed within this architecture are strictly bound to the legal framework jurisdictions of Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, India.
